NadiaZ is an exclusive Haute Parfumerie and Natural Cosmetics brand, whose Nose Nadia explores unconventional territories through the use of rare, indigenous or neglected plants. In these unique luxury limited edition swiss chocolates, NadiaZ selects the best beans from various terroirs and special years produced organically (or in similar non certified conditions) or wild harvested by indigenous people and small farmers. NadiaZ is committed to sustainable environmental practices and ethical trade. Making a paradigm shift towards bespoke products and diversified low volume production, NadiaZ approach enables the sustainable use of rare natural resources and the valorization of unique small scale harvests that can reduce deforestation by providing better benefits to indigenous communities than extensive agriculture would. NadiaZ chocolates are aimed for connoisseurs’ degustation, they are handmade and undergo the minimal temperature and time processing (short “conching”) in the “raw chocolate” tradition in order to keep the beans’ taste intact. They contain an exceptionally high cocoa paste (called liquor) content and much less cocoa butter which makes them less creamy and more fragile but also confers their uniquely strong taste. Only a minimum of organic raw can sugar is Added, no lecithin, no fats. An irregular powdery appearance on the chocolates surface is perfectly normal, priority is on flavor over texture, do not expect the shiny homogeneous appearance of ordinary chocolates!
In each chocolate edition, NadiaZ aims to sublime cocoa natural flavors reminiscent of fruits, flowers, woods or smoke enhancing them with 100% natural indigenous plants extracts from the perfumer’s palette that marry to perfection. A selection of the best beans origins, variety and production year is made each year to inspire NadiaZ creations. Choose from the smoky salty undertones of Papua New Guinea cocoa, the bright mango fruity reminiscence of Peruvian beans, the sweet and leathery emanations of Vietnamese cocoa, the white gardenia hints of Venezuelan beans, the round and yummy taste of Ugandan cocoa or the woody dry flavor of Mexican beans.
