Cape Mahogany (Trichilia emetica):
The source of Mafura Butter, it is a beautiful, slow-growing evergreen tree found across Southern Africa. It has a high content of palmitic and oleic acids as well as limonids, such as Trichilin A.
Baobab (Adansonia Digitata):
The Baobab tree grows across Africa in hot, dry lowland areas. It is common for Baobabs to live over 1000 years. Baobab powder is obtained from its seeds and it is rich in vitamins and minerals such as Zinc and Magnesium and is extremely high in vitamins, which helps maintain an even tone and boosts collagen production.
Henna (Lawsonia Inermis) :
Known since ancient times from North Africa to the Arabian Peninsula and India, the henna plant has a priviledge role in bridal and cosmetic traditions and has been used to prevent skin infection as well as a natural deodorizer. The essential oil extracted from its leaves is very fragrant, spiritual, with a complex light musk and sweet licorice aroma that appeals to both men and women.

Ambrette (Hibiscus Abelmoschus):
The seeds from the tropical Hibiscus flower are known for their musk-like aroma and use in Ayurveda. Rich in farnesol, Ambrette oil has a natural deodorizer capacity when applied on skin.
Leucidal (Leuconostoc/Radish Root Ferment Filtrate):
It is a probiotic-based ingredient created by the fermentation of radish root by bacterias producing lactic acid. It is a probiotic-based ingredient created by the incubation of Lactobacillus in lemon peel maceration. The lemon peel possesses strong anti-tyrosinase activity making it a powerful anti-oxydant.
Bamboo Stem powder (Bambusa arundinacea):
The high content in silica of this ultra-fine extract provides with an exceptional capacity to absorb humidity, sebum and sweat leaving a silky feel on the skin.
Sodium Bicabonate:
A multi-functional ecological and biodegradable harmless salt used as baking powder in food, domestic cleansing and deodorizing agent and natural well-tolerated cosmetic ingredient. It is used to adjust the pH an important regulating factor for bacteria and fungal growth.
Plai/ Thai Ginger (Zingiber cassumunar:
A ginger family plant native from Thailand, Indonesia and India, regarded in Thailand as a must-have massage oils for its analgesic, antinflammatory, and properties. More traditionally used to alleviate muscle and joint pain, NadiaZ innovatively introduces it in its deo for its antiseptic and vermifuge function.
Linden/Tilleul (Tilia cordata & vulgaris):
Linden trees are deciduous pillar-like trees growing mostly in various parts of Europe. Its flowers are the source of delicious honey, infusions and essential oil and it bears a deeply appeasing scent.
Grapefruit Seed Extract (Citrus paradisi):
Grapefruit seeds naturally contain anti-microbial and anti-fungal components. This probiotic extract is one of the most used natural preservative for ecological cosmetics.
Tucuma (Astrocaryum tucuma):
From a palm tree widely distributed in the amazon, tucuma butter is extracted from its fruit seeds and a great economic resource for the communities. It has great emollient capacity together with a slippery texture providing a highly sensual experience when applied and melt on the skin. Its pleasant faint scent is reminiscent of milky coffee, nuts and baby skin.
Kokum (Garcinia indica):
Kokum butter is cold pressed from the seeds of the wild Mangoustan fruits. Its dry highly emollient texture makes it a superior butter for a non-greasy skin preparation.
Soy Lecithin:
Only certified organic lecithin from non GMO soy is being used. This ingredient brings wonderful benefits to the skin as it is a penetration enhancer, prevents moisture loss and bears a range of antioxidants.
Vegetable Glycerin:
Only certified organic vegetable glycerin is being used. This ingredient used in small concentrations has shown a great capacity to regulate skin cells renewal, maintain water balance and improve the suppleness and glow of the skin.
Use
Keep it close to reach for a wet application as often as needed. To dissolve the deo balm into a spreadable cream, mix a tiny amount with a drop of water in your palm and apply under your armpits as often as needed in the day. Do not apply dry under your armpits as it is very concentrated. For the feet, the balm can be applied on small areas 1-2 times a day either diluted or dried for as long as needed. It is advisable to use Malagasy Forest Hands & Feet cream in conjunction in the dry areas of the feet.

Allergies
Contains tree nuts, kernel, unrefined virgin seed oils, soy lecithin, oats and sodium bicarbonate. May have been in contact with bee and dairy products. To limit the occurrence of allergies, it is recommendable to reduce sources of allergens at home (ambient perfumes, deodorizers, scented candles, harsh detergents, humidity and molds, smoke, etc) and test for food or contact allergies.
Keep cool to avoid melting! Keep away from moist to avoid any product contamination!
Store in a dark, dry and cool place. Use before expiration date (24 months) and preferably 6 months after opening.This is a natural product subject to small variations in colour, scent and texture.
This solid product is made with minimal waxes to improve its penetrability. It can therefore melt if not stored in cool temperatures. Melting does not affect product quality in anyway; neither does the apparition of grains. Shea and other butters tend to develop a grainy consistency when cooling. This is easily corrected by melting the products at low temperature (30°C) and solidifying them again rapidly in cold temperature, in a fridge for example. Because the temperature of the butter is cooler in the areas in contact with the glass recipient than in the center, most NadiaZ solid products will present a small sinking of the butter in the middle, which does not by any way imply any flaw from surface or physical contact.
Recycle glass and paper.
NadiaZ uses Miron Glass, a precious and elegant violet glass, which can be traced back to the Ancient Egyptians who used it to store their medicinal products. It ensures the utmost preservation of fragile plant ingredients, thus reducing the need for any preservatives.
Miron glass is eco-friendly as it is 100% recyclable. You can discard it with your local glass collector or send it back to NadiaZ or your local representative.
This is what Miron Glass does: Sunlight enables all plants to grow. If they continue to be exposed to the sun after reaching maturity, the effect of the light changes and accelerates the molecular decaying process. Miron violet glass works like a natural filter that only lets the sunlight that protects and improves the quality of premium and sensitive substances. Miron Violet glass blocks the complete spectrum of visible light with the exception of the violet part. At the same time it allows a certain part to be permeable for radiation in the spectral range of UV-A, and infra-red light. This unique combination offers optimal protection against the ageing processes that are released by visible light, thus lengthening durability and potency of products.
Our current boxes and pouches are conceived to be reused and protect the content during transportation. However, would you prefer to remove some of the packaging in recurring or grouped orders, we would be pleased to do so. NadiaZ favors the reuse of discarded shipping packaging, if your parcel contains old looking plastic bubble wrap or paper, it is a because we are giving them a second life. Otherwise we are favoring natural fillers such as kapok fiber. Kapok (Ceiba pentandra) is chiefly cultivated in Asia and Indonesia; it is extremely soft, lighter than cotton, moisture-resistant, flammable and imputrescible. Sadly the fibre’s importance has decreased with the development of foam rubber and synthetic fibres.

Mode d’emploi: Gardez-le baume à portée de main pour une application humide aussi souvent que nécessaire. Pour dissoudre le baume deo en une crème étalable, mélanger une petite quantité avec une goutte d’eau dans votre paume et appliquer sous vos aisselles aussi souvent que nécessaire durant la journée. Ne pas appliquer à sec sous vos aisselles car le produit est très concentré. Pour les pieds, le baume peut être appliqué sur de petites zones 1-2 fois par jour, dilué ou sec aussi longtemps que nécessaire. Il est conseillé d’utiliser la crème Malagasy Forest Mains et Pieds en conjonction dans les zones sèches des pieds.

Les changements de texture peuvent par ailleurs être corrigés en fondant les produits à basse température (30°C) puis en les resolidifiant rapidement à basse température, au frigo par exemple. Parce que la température des beurres est plus froide au contact des parois des récipients en verres qu’au centre, la plupart des produits NadiaZ présentent un affaissement de la surface du beurre au milieu, ce qui n’implique en aucun cas un défaut de surface ou contact physique.
